Delivery & Payment Terms

GENERAL

The offer is directed at end consumers who have their residence in Austria or Germany. Deliveries to other countries require a separate agreement. You will find your invoice in the delivered package. Shipping is carried out by Austrian Post and its business partners in Germany. Each delivery is made with a tracking number, which can be requested from DrEberhardt if required.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You have the option of payment by advance payment, PayPal, credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by invoice.

Advance Payment
Shipping takes place immediately after receipt of payment by DrEberhardt.

Invoice
Payment is made via our service provider Klarna.

PayPal
The PayPal account will be charged upon completion of the order.

Credit Card
The credit card account will be charged upon completion of the order.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

There is no minimum order quantity at DrEberhardt.

DELIVERY TIMES

We process your order immediately, but at the latest on the next working day after receipt of the order. Delivery takes place within 1–4 working days (subject to availability of goods).

SHIPPING COSTS

For deliveries to Austria and Germany with a goods value under €50 (incl. VAT), we charge shipping costs of €6.90 (incl. VAT). For a goods value of €50 or more (incl. VAT), DrEberhardt bears the shipping costs.

DELAYS, SUBSEQUENT DELIVERIES, RESERVATION

If your delivery is delayed, we will inform you by telephone or email.
If we can only carry out a partial delivery due to lack of stock, we will send you the remaining goods free of shipping costs as soon as they are available.
We reserve the right to deliver goods of equivalent quality and performance (e.g. different country of origin of essential oils).
We also reserve the right not to perform the promised services in the event of non-availability.
