Mix up
your bath time fun
What could be cozier and more relaxing than a hot bath? Just a few drops of scented bath oil, and your mood will instantly lift.
RECIPE
100 ml Base Oil (such as Sweet Almond Oil org., Jojoba Oil org., Grapeseed Oil, Calendula Oil org.)
3 ml of essential oils of your choice (max. 1.5 ml for children)
Emulsifier (milk or whipped cream)
possibly:
Food coloring
Dried leaves or plants
INSTRUCTIONS
There are no limits to your creativity. If you want to mix a relaxing bath oil, try Lavender, Lemon Balm, or a ready-made oil blend like Meditation Time. If you’d prefer something invigorating, Rosemary or Lemongrass are great choices. For the perfect “Good Mood” blend, simply use Be Happy or A Moment of Bliss. Dried leaves and flowers also look great in the mix. A little tip: Use a small bag for them, so you can remove them more easily later. Finally, you can make your ribbon more colorful with a little food coloring or dried flower petals. Before you get into the tub, add a natural emulsifier, such as a neutral bath oil, milk, or whipped cream, and you’re all set.
