DIY Anti-Pollen Room Spray



As nature comes to life, the pollen season begins for many people. Itchy eyes or a blocked nose can quickly put a damper on spring. With a natural fragrance spray, you can easily freshen up rooms and entrance areas to create a fresh, pleasant atmosphere.

Here you'll find our basic room spray recipe and a tried-and-true DIY anti-pollen version.


Basic Room Spray 

RECIPE
        30 ml distilled water
        60 ml alcohol (vodka, at least 40% ABV, or grain spirit)
            15–20 drops of your favorite essential oil

Place all ingredients in a clean spray bottle and shake well. Shake again before each use to ensure the oils are evenly distributed.  


Anti-Pollen Room Spray


(for jackets, shoes, and the entryway)

MIXTURE
8 drops of tea tree oil
9 drops of organic lemon
3 drops of organic Arvensis peppermint
