Peppermint Mitcham has a pleasantly mild fragrance, less intense than that of Peppermint Arvensis’. It has been known as a medicinal herb and home remedy since the 18th century. In 1750 the 90cm tall plant, which grows best in temperate climate zones, was first cultivated in Mitcham, London. The oil is traditionally used to help with digestive problems. It has soothed children's stomachs on numerous car journeys. The oil helps to clear the head and lets you breathe freely again.
